This publication provides guidelines for training and certifying individuals responsible for the requalification of cylinders by the volumetric expansion method. It designates the requirements for a program manager who is responsible for the certification process, certificate control, required documents, training of personnel and its verification as it relates to the performance of hydrostatic requalification in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
