Registration and Hotel Reservation Information and Policies

Everyone attending meetings or events scheduled in conjunction with the Annual Meeting must register and pay the hotel reservation deposit, applicable registration fees, and optional activity fees. Please remember to RSVP through your CGA Member personal page for specific committee meetings you plan to attend.

Registration and Hotel Reservations Deadline: March 16, 2018

Registration with payment must be received by the deadline in order for CGA to make your hotel reservation at the meeting hotel. CGA does not guarantee that rooms will be available after the deadline or once the room block is full.

Please review all meeting and registration information prior to completing your registration.

Register for the meeting and reserve your hotel room using CGA's on-line registration through 123Signup. On-line registration must be paid in full by credit card at time of registration.

Note: On-line registration closes on April 6, 2018.

For payment by check or wire transfer, please print the registration form using the link in the menu to the left. Check must be made payable to Compressed Gas Association in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks drawn on a non-U.S. bank will not be accepted. For wire transfers, contact CGA for current instructions.

Hotel Reservation Deposit: $230

The hotel reservation deposit must be paid by the deadline in order for CGA to make your hotel reservation. The CGA room rate is $209, plus 9% tax.

The deposit will be applied as a credit to your final bill at the meeting hotel prior to check-out. If you do not stay at the meeting hotel, you will not receive a credit. The depost may be waived for members whose primary residence is within 25 miles of the hotel or for significant others registering as members to attend committee meetings. For such exceptions, print the registration form using the link in the menu to the left and submit directly to CGA instead of using the on-line registration.

Reservations at the meeting hotel can only be made through CGA prior to the deadline. CGA will not make hotel reservations without payment of the hotel reservation deposit.

Failure to check in at the hotel on the confirmed date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the hotel reservation deposit.

Member Registration: $0 for registrations received by March 16, 2018

There is no registration fee for members registering by the deadline. However, you must register and pay the hotel reservation deposit in order for CGA to make your hotel reservation.

Registration includes access to all meetings, except those marked as “members only”, and the following group meals held at the meeting hotel: welcome reception, lunch with keynote address, lunch and Annual Meeting of the Association, Safety Awards Banquet, and lunch on Wednesday.

As you complete your registration, please indicate the meals and optional activities you plan to attend in order for CGA to accurately arrange for seating and food and beverage.

After the deadline, a meeting registration fee of $300 will apply. CGA will not make your hotel reservation and no portion of this registration fee will be credited to your hotel bill. NOTE: A $300 fee will be assessed if a person attends a committee meeting and does not register for the Annual Meeting.

Complimentary Member Registration

Complimentary members are entitled to two registrations. There is no meeting registration fee; however, you still must register by the deadline and pay the hotel reservation deposit in order for CGA to make your hotel reservation.

Registration includes access to all meetings, except those marked as “members only”, and the following group meals held at the meeting hotel: welcome reception, lunch with keynote address, lunch and Annual Meeting of the Association, Safety Awards Banquet, and lunch on Wednesday.

As you complete your registration, please indicate the meals and optional activities you plan to attend in order for CGA to accurately arrange for seating and food and beverage.

Significant Other Registration: $155

A registration fee applies for the spouse or significant other of the registered member. This fee includes the welcome reception, significant other breakfast, and Safety Awards Banquet. The registration fee covers CGA’s actual food and beverage cost for attendance at these functions. Tickets for lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday can be purchased on-site.

As you complete your registration, please indicate the meals and optional activities your significant other plans to attend in order for CGA to accurately arrange for seating and food and beverage requirements.

This registration category is for a spouse, significant other, or partner who is not in an industry-related occupation. A significant other who works within the industry for a member company may register as a member.

Safety Awards Banquet

You may purchase tickets for others from your company that will be attending the Safety Awards Banquet only. The cost is $150 per person. Please contact Nancy Flower for information.

Cancellations/Changes Policy

A written cancellation is required regardless of whether a registration fee is paid or not. All registration cancellations, housing changes and cancellations, activity cancellations, and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received by CGA on or before April 6, 2018. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund, less a $50 (U.S.) processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date for any reason. After this date, housing changes can be made directly with the hotel.

Refunds will be processed after the meeting.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.

Registration, which includes hotel reservations, must be completed by March 16, 2018.
