Working Together to Advance Industry Safety

CGA maintains strong relationships with key regulatory, legislative, and code officials throughout the U.S. and Canada. These connections allow us to understand upcoming policy changes and participate in the policy debate. In return, CGA serves as a trusted technical resource for these authorities by providing our expertise when called upon and supporting the incorporation by reference of our publications.

CGA staff and members interface with a range of federal agencies as well as state officials and provincial ministries to develop safe policies and sound regulations.
