Brain drain. Knowledge loss. Skills shortage.

These are a few recent headlines describing the challenges facing industries as we prepare for the labor force effects of retiring baby boomers. Compressed Gas Association (CGA) data shows that more than 50% of our voting committee members will be eligible to retire within the next 3 years – and we need to take action now to ensure that high value legacy knowledge is preserved for future generations.

Join industry leaders for an interactive forum exploring best practices for succession planning and knowledge transfer, what’s working (and what’s not) for knowledge sharing, and practical examples of employee engagement that can work for organizations of any size.

This event is open to CGA members, as well as GAWDA (Gases & Welding Distributors Association) members participating in the publication subscription program. There is no charge for this forum.
