Certaines mesures touchent également les fournisseurs et les distributeurs de gaz. Le présent document ne contient pas nécessairement toutes les mesures et tous les règlements de sécurité pertinents. Le terme « contenant » tel qu’utilisé dans le présent document désigne les bouteilles de gaz comprimés et les contenants de liquide portables, fabriqués selon les spécifications du DOT (Department of Transportation) des États-Unis, de Transports Canada (TC) ou de l’American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) [specification 1, 2, 3].1 D’autres renseignements concernant les petites bouteilles se trouvent dans la publication CGA SB-27, Safe Use and Handling of Small Cylinders [4].
