The seminar will be held at the Archer Tysons in Tysons, Virginia on October 17 – 18, 2023. CGA’s Hydrogen Technology Committee and the G-5.5 Testing Task Force will meet following the seminar on October 19 – 20; these meetings are open to all CGA members.

Registration is now open for the 2023 CGA Hydrogen Safety & Technology Seminar.
This seminar focuses on the latest in hydrogen safety, standards and technology, presented by industry experts from around the world.
Who should participate in the seminar?
Plant managers, designers, engineers, operators, safety personnel, and anyone who interacts with air separation operations and processes.
Registration for this seminar is open to CGA members and members of the following affiliated organizations:

Be sure to complete the online registration process to the end. Due to hotel space constraints, registration is limited to the first 100 registrants.
If paying by credit card, registration fees must be paid online, in full, at time of registration.
Registrants may also opt to pay registration fees by wire transfer. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please first complete your full registration using our online system, Cvent, then indicate that you wish to pay by wire transfer. Once you have completed your registration, you will be given the opportunity to print your receipt. To pay by wire transfer, contact cga@cganet.com for instructions.
Everyone participating in the Seminar must register for the meeting and pay any applicable fees.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations, changes, and requests for refunds must be submitted to Jana Hollis by October 11, 2023. Refunds are subject to a $50 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the deadline for any reason. Refunds are processed after the seminar.
Substitutions must be submitted in writing to Jana Hollis before October 11, 2023. You may transfer your full registration to another employee of your organization, provided you notify CGA in writing in advance. Substitutions are only allowed for the full seminar and are not allowed on a daily basis.

Please Note: Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of reservation.
Any individual guestroom cancellations made after 4:00 pm EST, twenty-four hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax against the method of guarantee. No-shows will also be charged one night’s room and tax.
Departures prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to an early departure fee of that night’s room and tax.
Please Note: CGA has contracted with the meeting hotel to set aside a block of rooms at this rate for meeting registrants. The Association is contractually obligated to fill this room block and may be exposed to significant financial liability should our members fail to support this room block. We appreciate members choosing to stay at the Seminar host hotel. CGA cannot guarantee that rooms will be available after the deadline or once the room block is full.
