Submit Your Proposal for TECH25

The Compressed Gas Association will host its second annual Technical Summit, October 20-22, 2025, at the Sheraton in Greensboro, NC. We invite you to submit a presentation proposal for this in-person conference.

The selection of speakers will be completed by CGA technical staff and committees. Presenters will be notified whether their proposed session has been selected.

Selection Criteria:
Program planners are looking for speakers for the 2025 CGA Technical Summit. If you are willing to share your knowledge/experience/story on one of the tracks listed below or any topic of interest, please complete the form below.

Note: If you have an idea for a session but do not want to present it, that is ok too! Please submit it in the form below and type N/A in the proposed presenter space.

Tracks:

  • Welding & Fuel Gases - This track focuses on the safe handling, storage, and transportation of acetylene and liquefied petroleum gas and equipment.
  • Cylinders and Valves - Evolved from CGA’s Cylinder Requalification Seminar, this track explores key topics in cylinder and valve safety, standards, and best practices across the compressed gas industry.
  • Atmospheric Gases - This track focuses on atmospheric gas production and equipment—primarily ASUs—with an emphasis on incident reviews, safety, and operational best practices.

Summit Goals

  • Provide a variety of quality educational session topics appealing to all levels of employees,

  • Engage new as well as repeat participants, and

  • Include speakers/presenters from a wide variety of companies and industries.

    • Note: if you submit individually, the programming committee reserves the right to pair you up with other co-panelists on a topic.

Other Information

  • Sponsorship will not ensure an organization or individual is selected as a speaker.
  • To be eligible to speak, you need to be a member of CGA or receive special approval from CGA.
  • Unless otherwise stated, presentations will be 40 minutes.
