The Compressed Gas Association’s Young and Emerging Professionals (YEP) Program is designed to support the growth, development, and retention of early-career professionals at CGA member companies. Through networking, education, and active participation in CGA’s technical committees, YEP members gain valuable experience, expand their professional networks, and contribute directly to the advancement of industry safety and standards.

No prior CGA experience is required—just an interest in learning and contributing! All YEPs must be under 45 years of age or new to the industry to participate.
