Jason Bombard is supporting several CGA committees as technical manager, having joined the staff in 2024.

Jason started his career in the compressed gas industry as an engineer for Advanced Gas Technologies, now part of Matheson, designing and installing process equipment for the manufacture and handling of high purity hydrocarbons.  In 2010 he transitioned to Western International Gas and Cylinders and shifted focus to acetylene production and handling, LPG distribution, and cylinder requalification.  Soon after joining Western he was invited to participate in a number of CGA committees and work items.  Most recently, Jason was employed by EFC Gases and Advanced Materials.

Jason holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.

Jason lives in Bloomsburg, PA with his wife and two children.
