Tanisha works with the following CGA committees:
- Acetylene Committee
- Atmospheric Gases and Equipment Committee
- Hazard Communication Committee
- Liquefied Petroleum Gas Committee
- Process Safety Committee
- Safety and Health Committee
Tanisha Hurey is a Standards and Committees Administrator for CGA. She came on to the team in August of 2023. She is responsible for handling consensus- based committees, provide support for the development or revision of standards and guidelines as well as provide administrative support for CGA committees.
Prior to joining CGA, Tanisha was a Regional Networks Specialist who oversaw 5 Process Safety Regional Networks across the US for the American Fuel and Petrochemical Association.
Tanisha has a background in criminal justice including National Security, Business Law and Personal Injury law.
