CGA Welcomes Jason Bombard as Technical Manager for Multiple Committees

We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team at the Compressed Gas Association (CGA) – Jason Bombard. Jason joined CGA in 2024 and is taking on the role of Technical Manager, where he will be providing invaluable support to several CGA committees.

Professional Background: Jason brings with him a wealth of experience in the compressed gas industry. His journey began as an engineer at Advanced Gas Technologies, which is now part of Matheson. In this role, he specialized in designing and installing process equipment for the manufacturing and handling of high-purity hydrocarbons.

In 2010, Jason transitioned to Western International Gas and Cylinders, where he expanded his focus to include acetylene production and handling, LPG distribution, and cylinder requalification. During his time at Western, Jason was not only dedicated to his professional responsibilities but also actively participated in various CGA committees and work items.

Most recently, Jason contributed his expertise to EFC Gases and Advanced Materials, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Educational Background: Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University. His dedication to his field is further exemplified by being a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.

Personal Life: Outside of his professional endeavors, Jason resides in Bloomsburg, PA, with his wife and two children. His connection to the community reflects his commitment to both personal and professional growth.
